Big Bags
A big bag is a transport container for light, lumpy goods or bulk goods. The international designation is FIBC and is an abbreviation for Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container.
This type of packaging originated in the Far East in the mid-1970s as a further development of "slings", which were used to help unload bagged goods from ships.
The design is almost identical worldwide. The body of the big bag is made of polypropylene fabric, thickness adjusted to the required characteristics of the bag, supported by straps or fabric extensions and coated (PP), uncoated or with inner bags made of different materials.
In terms of size, the limits are set by handling and storage options.
According to the legislature, the big bag falls under lifting gear and must therefore be able to be loaded with at least five times the carried content. Due to the enormous resilience of the big bags, it is also possible to use the big bag in a deposit system for multiple use. However, the prerequisite for the check before reuse represents a considerable expenditure of time, which must be compared precisely in advance with the added value of the deposit system.

This variant designates the standard big bag and describes the suspension on 4 loops.
Q-Bag:
Q-Bags are sacks braced on the inside at corners, which prevent bulging onto a cylinder thanks to perforated inner braces. The advantage lies in better stability and a much better use of transport space.
We manufacture these sacks with rock-solid stability in all versions that can also be supplied with a normal sack.
In addition, we have developed a special big bag for particularly light filling materials in cooperation with well-known recycling companies, which not only results in large cost savings due to the particularly good handling.
One-pointer and two-pointer:
1/2 point or cable containers for bulk goods such as cement, artificial fertilizer, gypsum, sand etc. are easy and quick to fill and robust to handle. The use of circular fabric allows multiple stacking without the risk of bursting due to the lack of side seams.
